Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for safety & health reasons. All of our products are used, or can be used, in food or beverage preparation therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.

Return Eligibility

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend to 5+ business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Please note we are not responsible for delays once the package is out of our hands.

  •  If you want to add insurance to your order additional charges may apply. Contact right after ordering to add insurance to your order. Orders that do not contain insurance will not be replaced if lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if your order hasn't already shipped. If there is an issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to assist you with a switch of products, addition of products or cancellation if possible.

  •  We reserve the right to cancel any order. This may be due to a multitude of reasons including but not limited to; information listed on the order is incorrect, stock is not available, payment method was rejected.

 International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@smorbake.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If more than 15 days have passed from the expected delivery date (or arrival of a damaged box), please note we are unable to make corrections at that time.

Gift Cards

  • We do not offer gift cards at this time.

  • Full payment, including postage, is required to be made and funds cleared before your order is shipped.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service offered on our website.

  • While we work hard to provide correct information in product descriptions and pricing that appear on this website, errors (including processing errors) may occur. Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with an incorrect description or image due to a typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. If an order is canceled and you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the amount paid via the payment method you have used for the transaction. You are then welcome to order again with the pricing or any additional details corrected.
