These food colors are a healthy alternative to synthetic ingredients & artificial preservatives. They are free of FD&C dyes, free of artificial preservatives and free of allergens including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy. They are also gluten free and GMO free.
These colors were specifically designed for buttercream icing and fondant. They can also be used in dough & other sweet treats you want to color without it breaking down. The colors are a unique combination of all natural plant sources so enjoy nature's true rainbow palette with stunning shades.
Instructions:
Simply add water at a 1:1 ratio with more water for softer colors and less water for vibrancy. So many variations to achieve the perfect color for your treats!
With any natural color, please test and color a small amount in your icing to see the results first before committing to the whole batch! Icing will continue to darken over several hours, too.
